His medical endeavor began at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, IN, double majoring in Preprofessional Studies and Mathematics, then culminating with a Bachelor of Science, May 2004. He then moved to Puerto Rico and obtained his Medical Degree at the Ponce School of Medicine in June 2008 and underwent General Surgery training at various hospitals such as University of Florida – Jacksonville and University of Colorado Denver thereafter.

What is Botox?
Botox — also known as botulinum toxin — is a protein made from a toxin produced by Clostridium botulinum, a bacteria associated with botulism.
As an anti-aging treatment, Botox is injected into the facial muscles to smooth away wrinkles, especially in the top portion of the face. It is a quick, 10-15 minute procedure that requires no recovery or downtime
Botox is FDA approved as a wrinkle relaxer in the forehead and eye areas. It is also used for control of migraine headaches and as a treatment for excessive sweating.

What can Botox treat?

What To Expect From Your Treatment
During Treatment
A Botox appointment is quick, usually lasting 10 to 15 minutes. The injections are delivered with a short, thin needle. Most people report a moderate pinching sensation; if you’re worried about any discomfort, you can request a numbing cream beforehand.
Post Procedure Care
After the session, avoid rubbing the injection site, lying down and exercising, or performing any strenuous activity for several hours, all of which can cause the product to migrate under your skin. You’ll see the full results of your Botox treatment after 7–14 days.
Recovery Period
No downtime — normal activities can be resumed. Exercise should be avoided for 24 hours.
The results of each Botox injection last about 3-4 months.
